Every engagement starts with a conversation about what you're building and how we can help. Sprint and Build projects come with a signed scope document — exact features, platforms, integrations, and success metrics. You'll always know what you're paying for before we start.

The scope is fixed for the agreement we sign together. If your needs change mid-project, we'll document a change order first — no surprised invoices. Or, we can transition the project to our monthly Subscription model so we keep building without renegotiating. Either way, everything is discussed and agreed upfront.
Subscription clients: The scope evolves month to month. Each cycle we plan together, ship what matters most, and adjust. You're not locked into a spec — you've got a product partner.
External accounts: For services like Stripe, OpenAI, or Supabase, we walk you through setup during kickoff. You own the accounts and payment methods — we just connect to them.
A Sprint is two weeks focused on one thing — a feature, a prototype, a proof of concept. It's quick and targeted. A Build is a full product end to end. Most clients start with a Build when they know what they want and are ready to ship.
$6,000 per month, three months minimum. Each month we plan together, prioritize what matters, and ship. By month three you typically have a launched product. After that, you can keep us on at $4,000/mo for ongoing work or transition to a fixed Build for phase two.
You do. Sprint and Build clients get full IP transfer on delivery. Subscription clients own everything shipped at each milestone. Code, designs, everything.
Yes. Start with a Sprint and realize you need a full product? We'll transition to a Build. Start building and want ongoing support instead? Move to Subscription. We'll make sure the pricing is fair and documented.
You handle signup and payment methods — we guide you through setup during kickoff. We never store or pay for external accounts on your behalf.
